1. Who we are

2. What we sell
A printed, full-colour, 12-page puzzle newspaper, released in numbered editions (Edition 1, Edition 2 and so on). We deliver within India only.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include delivery anywhere in India. Applicable taxes, if any, are included in the price shown. The price charged is the price shown at checkout.
3. Placing an order
You can order without creating an account. When your payment succeeds we create an account linked to your email and WhatsApp number so you can track your orders. Your order is confirmed when payment is received. Orders of 20 or more copies are handled separately; contact us on WhatsApp.
4. The 3-Edition Subscription
- You pay ₹897 once. It covers the edition on sale on the day you buy plus the next two editions.
- The first edition ships within 48 hours. Each later edition ships within 7 days of its release.
- The subscription does not renew automatically. We'll remind you on WhatsApp before your last edition.
- Your price is fixed for all three editions.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any order for a full refund until it is dispatched. After dispatch, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. If you ask to cancel a subscription after your first edition has been dispatched, we'll record your request and still deliver the remaining editions you have paid for. 6. Delivery
See our Shipping & Delivery Policy. If we fail to dispatch an edition within 30 days of its planned release, or we stop publishing, we will refund every edition you have paid for and not received at ₹299 each (subscription) or the price paid (single copies).
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, including your right to a refund for goods that are defective, not as described, or delivered late.
8. Content
All puzzles, illustrations and text in The Weekend Times are our copyright. Please don't reproduce or share them publicly without permission. Photos of you enjoying your copy are always welcome.
9. Communication
At checkout you agree to receive order and delivery updates on WhatsApp. Promotional messages are sent only if you separately opt in, and you can stop them any time by replying STOP or from My Account.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but your refund rights in section 6 still apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
