Shipping & Delivery

• Where: anywhere in India. We don't ship internationally yet.
• Cost: free. The price you see includes delivery.
• When it ships: within 48 hours of your order (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Pre-orders ship on the release date shown on the product page.
• How long it takes: usually 3–6 days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. Jaipur orders are often faster.
• Subscriptions: your first edition ships within 48 hours; each later edition ships within 7 days of its release, to the address saved in My Account at that time.
• Tracking: we send your tracking link on WhatsApp when your parcel ships, and it also appears in My Account.
• Courier: trusted courier and India Post partners. You get the tracking link on WhatsApp when your parcel ships.

Address problems

Please double-check your address and pincode. You can change it until your order ships by messaging us on WhatsApp. If a parcel comes back because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because nobody was available after the courier's delivery attempts, we'll reship it once we have a correct address. We may ask you to cover the re-shipping cost.

Late or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived 10 days after dispatch, WhatsApp us and we'll trace it, then replace it or refund you. See Cancellation & Refunds.

Orders of 20+ copies

Team, school and event orders start at 20 copies and are delivered on an agreed date. WhatsApp us to arrange one.
